I am Shannon Baird, owner of Her Harmony Massage and Wellness Services. I offer Women a space to unwind, be nurtured and connect back to themselves. 

Falling in love with the healing power of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi myself has lead me to an amazing journey of being of service to other women. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage uses prayer, breath, long flowing dance like strokes and rhythmic movements. Generally, palms, forearms, elbows and shells are used to give a soothing light to deep full body massage. 

Lomi Lomi is often termed the "loving hands" massage as it incorporates the concept of Aloha which means love, unification, breath and promotes harmony between mind, body and spirit.
